Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve customer concerns using problem-solving skills and product knowledge
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data confidentiality
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team leads to improve processes and share best practices

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in call center or support role
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Strong computer proficiency with ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends as needed
- Type 40+ WPM with strong attention to detail
