Responsibilities
- Handle 50-70 inbound/outbound calls daily with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, services, and technical support
- Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce CRM system
- Meet/exceed KPIs: First Call Resolution (85%), CSAT (90%), AHT (180s)
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support for complex issue escalation
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions for skill development
- Adhere to PCI compliance protocols for sensitive data handling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience
- Minimum 40 WPM typing speed with 95% accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Clear communication skills with neutral accent
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
