Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Typing speed: 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual bonus)
- Available for evening/weekend shifts (20-30 hrs/week)
