- Customer Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions, account details, and transactions into our CRM database.
- Product Knowledge: Continuously learn and master product details and service protocols through our paid training program.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to help improve our services and operational processes.
