Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and digital inquiries with professionalism
- Resolve customer issues using active listening and problem-solving skills
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call time, CSAT scores)
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
- Maintain product knowledge across client portfolios
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Strong computer literacy and typing proficiency (40+ WPM)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Positive attitude and resilience in fast-paced environments
