Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 customer chats/day across multiple platforms
- Resolve inquiries using knowledge base and CRM tools
- Document interactions in Zendesk with precision
- Collaborate with team via Slack for complex cases
- Maintain 95% CSAT score and <30s response time
- Identify upsell opportunities during interactions
- Participate in weekly performance reviews
- Complete monthly product training modules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- 45+ WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and web apps
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Immediate availability for 20-30 hrs/week
