- Maintain accurate ticket documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams for complex issue escalation
- Adhere to brand voice guidelines and response time SLAs
- Identify upsell opportunities for service enhancements
- Participate in weekly training and performance reviews

Qualifications
- 6+ months customer service experience (chat/email preferred)
- 60+ WPM typing accuracy with strong grammar skills
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Intercom, or similar platforms
- Ability to multitask across 3-4 concurrent chats
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Flexible availability for 20-30 hours/week
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge for software/hardware
