Qualifications

- Exceptional written communication skills with 60+ WPM typing proficiency
- Proficient in Zendesk, Intercom, or similar chat support platforms
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
- Strong problem-solving skills with technical aptitude for SaaS products
- Must be authorized to work in the United States with flexible availability
