Role Overview
As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve issues and answer questions via our live chat platform. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in real-time via chat with a professional and friendly tone.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately, minimizing wait times.
- Provide product information, account guidance, and troubleshooting assistance.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to improve chat scripts and support processes.
- Uphold company policies and quality assurance standards during every interaction.
Qualifications
- Must be available to attend the hiring event in Arlington, Virginia.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or chat support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling.
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
