Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via live chat to resolve inquiries and technical issues efficiently.
- Provide accurate product information and troubleshooting steps.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and respond to messages within SLA targets.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex tickets.
- Document customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Exceptional typing speed (40+ WPM) and accuracy.
- Proficient in using chat platforms and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Available for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
