Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Meet/exceed quality metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT targets)
- Collaborate with specialists to resolve complex escalations
- Participate in bi-weekly training on new products/processes
- Contribute to team improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume setting
- Exceptional verbal/written communication in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Type 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Ability to work rotating weekends/holidays
- Positive attitude under pressure with conflict resolution skills
- Bilingual Spanish/English highly desirable
