Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism
- Resolve product/service inquiries using CRM tools and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions and coaching
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 6+ months customer service or call center experience
- Proficient in multitasking with CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal/written)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
