Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails from Albuquerque residents
- Resolve inquiries regarding local services, billing, and account information
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain detailed knowledge of local community resources and programs
- Uphold company standards for professionalism and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication skills and empathy for local community needs
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with typing accuracy (35+ WPM)
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Residency in Albuquerque metro area strongly preferred
