Responsibilities
- Answer Inbound & Outbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently using our CRM systems.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems and provide accurate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products and services to provide informed assistance.
- Escalation Management: Recognize when a situation requires assistance from a supervisor and escalate appropriately.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer issues have been fully resolved.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous Experience: 1 year of customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers and typing (40+ WPM).
- Reliability: Ability to work scheduled shifts consistently and arrive on time.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to think critically and remain calm under pressure.
