Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately enter and update customer data into our CRM database.
- Assist customers with product information, billing questions, and service troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure consistent service quality and adherence to call scripts.
- Document all interactions and resolutions according to company policy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Reliable internet connection (if remote/hybrid) or ability to commute to our Phoenix facility.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
