Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services with first-contact resolution
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues effectively
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and handle times
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training to refine product knowledge and soft skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication in English
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Reliable transportation to downtown Orlando location
