Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions efficiently while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM database.
- Provide detailed product and service information to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, call center operations, or retail is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
