Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Must be available for a part-time schedule, including weekends or evenings if required.
