Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via phone and email.
- Assist colleagues and clients with password resets, account access, and email configuration.
- Set up new devices, including laptops, monitors, and peripherals, ensuring proper configuration.
- Monitor the ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of IT requests and maintain SLAs.
- Maintain the IT department inventory and log asset movement accurately.
- Conduct basic training sessions for new hires on office technology usage.
- Keep the help desk area organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Qualifications
- Currently attending High School or College (16+ years old).
- Passion for technology and a strong desire to learn about IT systems.
- Familiarity with operating systems like Windows 10/11 and macOS.
- Basic knowledge of internet browsers and email clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during school hours.
