Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, technical support, and service features
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data security protocols
- Meet/exceed KPIs: 85+ CSAT scores, <120s AHT, <5% abandonment rate
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Participate in monthly coaching sessions and skill development workshops
- Uphold company values in every customer interaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience (remote preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with clear diction and active listening
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Reliable high-speed internet (50+ Mbps) and quiet workspace
- Ability to work evenings/weekends based on business needs
- Type 40+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Must pass background check and drug screening
