Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, answering questions and providing product recommendations.
- Restock shelves and merchandise to ensure the store is always fully stocked and organized.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently, processing payments and handling returns.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the sales floor and restrooms are clean, safe, and welcoming for all visitors.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Friendly demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
