Responsibilities
- Manage weekend team schedules and ensure optimal staffing levels
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve escalated issues
- Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising standards
- Train and mentor new weekend associates on company protocols
- Execute daily operational tasks including opening/closing procedures
- Monitor sales performance and implement promotional strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory or leadership experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 10 PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
