Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend pop-up events and community outreach programs across Columbus
- Manage inventory and logistics for mobile service stations
- Provide exceptional in-person customer support and brand ambassadorship
- Collaborate with local businesses to optimize community partnerships
- Maintain accurate records of operations and customer interactions
- Train and mentor new weekend team members
- Report operational insights to the regional manager
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students encouraged)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience
- Availability Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 8 PM)
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic proficiency with mobile devices and scheduling apps
