Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at weekend events, concerts, and festivals
- Manage guest check-ins and venue access control
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and crowd management
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across assigned areas
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve guest inquiries
- Report maintenance issues and operational concerns
Qualifications
- Must be available for both Saturday and Sunday shifts (8am-8pm)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in fast-paced environments
- Valid NV driver's license (if driving required)
- Basic POS system knowledge or willingness to learn
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
