Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and efficiently to maintain visual standards.
- Process customer transactions at the register, including handling cash, credit cards, and returns.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all company safety and operational policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Assist in inventory management, including counting stock and identifying replenishment needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a regular basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory accuracy.
