Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage inventory according to order specifications.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper labeling.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Data Entry: Record daily activities and inventory counts into our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and other team members to ensure operational flow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Driver's License: Valid state-issued driver's license (Class C) required for some roles.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
