Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock counts and cycle counts
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment (certification provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend shipment deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Assist with inbound receiving and quality control processes
- Resolve inventory discrepancies with precision and attention to detail
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy in documentation
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for equipment operation
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 4 PM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
