Responsibilities
- Deliver premium customer service during Saturday/Sunday operations
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Maintain pristine venue standards and safety protocols
- Process transactions and manage inventory systems
- Contribute to weekend marketing initiatives and guest engagement
- Train and mentor new weekend team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability exclusively for Saturday/Sunday shifts (no weekday requirements)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Flexibility to work varied weekend hours (including holidays)
- Valid California Food Handler certification preferred
