Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable infrastructure for Agentic AI and Generative Models.
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focusing on autonomous decision-making, reasoning, and memory mechanisms.
- Publish & Patent: Author high-impact academic papers and secure patents for novel AI methodologies.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric applications.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Architecture: Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and MLOps pipelines.
