Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable, fault-tolerant Quantum AI systems designed for the 2026 market landscape.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for our AI research division, bridging the gap between theoretical physics and practical application.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performance team of quantum engineers and machine learning researchers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, data science, and hardware engineering, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, and advanced machine learning algorithms.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in code quality, security, and system scalability.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or Artificial Intelligence.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a proven track record in leading high-stakes technical projects.
- Deep expertise in Quantum Computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane) and classical AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Rust.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for large-scale R&D initiatives.
