Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Machine Learning (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years building production quantum systems at companies like IBM/Google
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum error correction techniques
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum-AI convergence
- Top 10% completion in Kaggle quantum machine learning competitions
- Active TS/SCI security clearance or ability to obtain
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems to 100+ qubits
