Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid architectures for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing error-corrected quantum computing protocols
- Create adaptive AI frameworks that leverage quantum advantage for predictive analytics
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for advanced autonomous systems
- Drive patent development for proprietary quantum machine learning algorithms
- Mentor researchers in quantum information theory and AI ethics
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier scientific journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Proven track record of developing scalable AI architectures
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum computing or advanced AI systems
- Strong background in computational complexity theory
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
