Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for AI optimization at scale
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant cryptographic systems
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world applications
- Secure $10M+ in research grants for quantum-AI frontier projects
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science journals annually
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit design frameworks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum neural networks
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience securing federal research grants (NSF, DARPA, DoD)
- Deep knowledge of tensor networks and quantum tensor networks
