Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical AI algorithms for complex problem-solving
- Develop quantum machine learning models with 10x+ performance improvements over classical systems
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize algorithm implementations
- Lead research in quantum neural networks and generative AI models
- Publish high-impact papers in top-tier journals/conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and build cross-functional innovation pipelines
- Secure government and industry partnerships for real-world deployments
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent venues
- Mastery of Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Experience with quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into practical applications
- Strong background in optimization theory and statistical modeling
