Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical machine learning algorithms
- Optimize quantum circuits for error correction and scalability on real hardware
- Develop novel AI models leveraging quantum phenomena like superposition and entanglement
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to solve complex optimization problems
- Lead open-source contributions to quantum AI frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (QASM, Q#) and frameworks
- Expertise in Python with quantum libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Experience with NISQ-era hardware constraints and error mitigation techniques
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts into practical implementations
