Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical AI algorithms for optimization problems
- Develop error mitigation protocols for quantum machine learning models
- Create real-time quantum data processing pipelines for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum annealing parameters
- Lead research publications in quantum-AI convergence domains
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing methodologies
- Translate theoretical quantum algorithms into practical implementations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and classical optimization
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum machine learning
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and information theory
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into actionable engineering solutions
