Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, computer scientists, and domain experts
- Secure $5M+ in government and private research grants

- Develop quantum-resistant cybersecurity protocols for enterprise clients

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Published record in quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quil)
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Demonstrated success securing research funding ($1M+ preferred)
- Experience with AWS Braket or IBM Quantum Experience
- Strong patents portfolio (3+ granted patents)
