Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum AI architectures for computational advantage in cryptography and optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, ML engineers, and domain specialists
- Develop ethical frameworks for quantum AI deployment and bias mitigation
- Secure patents and publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement quantum AI solutions
- Mentor next-generation quantum researchers through our fellowship program
- Present findings at global tech summits including IEEE Quantum Week
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or AI systems at scale
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency with quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and AI stacks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Experience securing $5M+ in research grants or venture funding
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts to executive stakeholders
