Responsibilities
- Anticipate and map technological, societal, and economic shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and lead innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Collaborate with C-suite to align future strategies with organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-concept solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or emerging technologies leadership
- Proven track record in translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum applications, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published author or recognized authority on 2020s technological disruption
- Experience scaling innovation labs within Fortune 500 environments
