Responsibilities

- Secure $5M+ in government/venture funding for experimental projects
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for quantum-AI deployment
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers in quantum algorithm optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum error correction
- Track record of securing federal research grants
