Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum machine learning algorithms for optimization and pattern recognition
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural architectures for real-world applications in drug discovery and climate modeling
- Lead experimental validation of quantum AI prototypes on our proprietary quantum annealing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into enterprise AI platforms
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present findings at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to our open-source quantum AI framework
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and high-performance computing
- Strong publication record in quantum machine learning or related fields
- Experience with NISQ-era hardware limitations and error mitigation techniques
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit optimization
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
