Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-enhanced machine learning algorithms for 2026-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects combining quantum computing, deep learning, and neuromorphic engineering
- Develop proprietary frameworks for quantum-AI hybrid model training and optimization
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors optimized for AI workloads

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, PennyLane)
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent venues
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical research into production-ready solutions
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
