Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption opportunities
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and innovation pioneers
- Oversee the creation of 'Future State' scenario models for strategic decision-making
- Drive patent strategy and IP development for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and disruption analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent preferred
