Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and AI engineers
- Research and implement quantum error correction techniques for real-world deployment
- Create performance benchmarks for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Collaborate with academic partners on quantum machine learning innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and AI frameworks
- 5+ years experience in high-performance computing architectures
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning
- Proficiency with cloud quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, IBM Quantum)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and neural networks
- Certification in quantum engineering or quantum information theory
