Responsibilities

- Design carbon-aware quantum computing workflows for sustainable AI operations
- Lead ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize algorithm-hardware co-design
- Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable technical specifications for engineering teams
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or large-scale AI architecture
- Expertise in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum neural networks
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation techniques
