Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026-scale applications
- Develop novel quantum algorithms to solve previously intractable computational problems
- Lead integration of quantum processors with classical supercomputing infrastructure
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Create quantum software development frameworks for enterprise adoption
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and industry partners

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing with proven algorithm design experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Publication record in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational complexity
- Leadership experience managing cross-disciplinary technical teams
