Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing systems for enterprise clients
- Develop quantum error mitigation protocols for near-term hardware limitations
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers on quantum projects
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum cryptography standards
- Translate complex quantum phenomena into actionable engineering specifications
- Drive adoption of quantum computing in high-stakes industries (finance, healthcare, logistics)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years hands-on quantum algorithm development using Qiskit or Cirq
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience with quantum hardware (superconducting, trapped-ion, photonic)
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., NIST Post-Quantum Cryptography)
