Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization
- Lead hybrid quantum-classical system architecture for enterprise clients
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum-enhanced machine learning models
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish research in Nature/Science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years building quantum algorithms or quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum machine learning
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or quantum annealing
- Excellent stakeholder communication for technical/non-technical audiences
