Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum processor architectures using superconducting and photonic qubits
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise applications
- Create quantum error correction protocols achieving fault-tolerant operations
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm development and optimization
- Architect quantum-resistant cybersecurity systems for 2026 compliance
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum control system integration
- Drive quantum computing roadmap aligned with 2026 commercialization targets
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing specialization
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware architecture
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals or conferences
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and photonic quantum processors
- Strong background in quantum cryptography and post-quantum security protocols
