Responsibilities
- Design quantum algorithms solving optimization problems in logistics, materials science, and AI
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing infrastructure with <0.1% error rates
- Lead development of quantum-resistant cryptography protocols for 2026-era security
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum error correction methodologies
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on quantum communication networks
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Summit
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems and cryogenic engineering
- Deep knowledge of quantum machine learning frameworks
- Security clearance eligibility or active Top Secret clearance
- Patent portfolio with ≥3 quantum computing-related patents
